Established in 2001 and now run by its second generation, Hisize is a family-owned wooden kitchenware and tableware manufacturer producing cutting boards, serving trays, spoons, spatulas and kitchen tools. Large-Scale Production, On Schedule
Hisize runs a 15,000 ㎡ owned facility with 100+ full-time staff, CNC carving machines and numerical-control lathes. Several thousand SKUs are in active production, with dozens of wood species kept in stock. Production runs 25–30 days once material is dry — add roughly 15 days if we start from green logs.
Quality Controlled from the Log Onward
With wood, quality is decided long before finishing. We mill and dry our own timber and control moisture at every stage, so pieces stay flat in dry markets. Sanding and finishing are done by hand, with one more sealing coat than most factories apply — so surfaces don’t roughen after washing. Every batch is checked before shipment.
Custom Wooden Products, From Idea to Container
Our in-house design team works from whatever you have — a finished drawing, a competitor’s sample, or just an idea. We advise on wood, structure and cost until the design is genuinely producible, then handle logo application and packaging. Both OEM and ODM, from small trial runs to full containers.
